No prices will be given before the sale, no pre sales, or phone sales to be fair to everyone.
There will be NO public restrooms.
Any higher priced items can have an offer left on them, and highest offer at close of sale if not sold will go to the highest bidder.
We nor are the homeowner responsible for any accidents, so please be careful. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
A sign up sheet will be out by the front door the evening before the sale at 6:00 P.M.

WOW is all I can say about this weeks sale in North Brunswick!!! This home was not only filled with love, but stuff and amazing stuff at that!!! The furniture is all amazing quality with names like Century, Hendredon, Ethan Allen, Heritage House and more!! We have a signed and numbered Thomas Kincaide with Cert., we have not 1 but 5 Lucio Ranucci works of art, various other signed pieces as well! We have a complete set of Stressless leather living room furniture, work out equipment, treadmill, TV'S, sofas, sectional with ottoman in leather, arm chairs, tons of Lenox, Waterford, crystal items, Lenox china set, Mikasa china, Lenox figurines, LLADRO figurines, tons of high end costume jewelry, rugs, desks with leather appointed tops, complete bedroom sets, sleeper sofa, lamps, kitchen bric a brac, golf clubs, tons of mens and women's clothing. Most clothing for women still have the tags from the boutiques they were purchased from! Perfumes, lingerie chest, outdoor furniture, cast aluminum outdoor furniture, dining room set, computers, gowns, and so much more!!!!! This sale is not to be missed!
