The sale will commence on Saturday morning at 9 AM, featuring astonishing prices. All items in the house must be sold by Sunday. If you require delivery services, we offer this for a fee, with most deliveries available on Mondays and Tuesdays. Please ensure that you are home at your scheduled delivery time, as rescheduling will not be possible, and refunds will not be issued for any purchases made at the estate sale.

This sale takes place within a 55+ community, and while there is no gate to enter, we kindly ask that you remain considerate of the neighbors while waiting to access the sale.
