EVERYTHING MUST GO, This house is being sold most everything in the house is for sale. This is a cash only sale. We are not responsible for accidents on the property.All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges, and all items are sold as is with no guarantee. Masks are optional. You may start an entrance list on the first day of the sale. We will open sharply at 9AM. . If you want to start a list early on the first day leave it by the front door ,take a picture with date and time stamp, and make that list available to all that come. You cannot make a list the day before the sale. I will not honor a day before list. This is a packed house so I will only be letting in 10 or 12 to start We will do our very best to get everyone inside in a safe and timely manner. We always start on time .Street parking is good for this sale, you will be able to pull into the driveway for pick ups if necessary. PLEASE do not block driveways or mailboxes .There will be no bags allowed into the sale, we will be giving you boxes and trays and tubs for your shopping convenience. THURSDAY,FRIDAY, SATURDAY . We open at 9am and close at 3pm.
