TERMS
Auctioneer, Bidder, Buyer and Seller shall agree to be bound by the following terms, conditions and rules of the Auction as shown below. Please make sure you have read the Terms and Conditions before you bid.
Our Internet descriptions and printed materials are meant merely as a guide. The Auctioneers do not warrant the accuracy, genuineness, authenticity, condition, description, weight, count or measure of any of the lots specified herein. Please make yourself familiar with the merchandise you are bidding on, and again, the terms and conditions of the sale. The items sold are often of considerable age and will exhibit wear, show usage and/or damage often NOT LISTED IN THE DESCRIPTION ENTRY.
The absence of condition remarks in the catalog or online DOES NOT mean the item is in perfect condition. Please determine condition, genuineness and/or authenticity BEFORE you bid as all items are sold "As is, Where is"! All sales are final. Statements made by Auctioneer and/or staff of Auctioneer are opinions only and should not be construed as statements of fact.
All sales are final regardless of method of bidding or payment options.
Full payment includes hammer price, buyer's premium and all applicable taxes. Prestige Auction House REQUIRES a signature for all credit card payments made in-house and all remote credit card payments for purchases of $250 or more. Prestige Auction House does NOT accept credit card payments for purchases over $2,500 and REQUIRES a Bank Wire Transfer, Certified Money Order or Cashier's Check for purchases over $2,500.
Prestige Auction House may, at their discretion, hold merchandise until payment has cleared the bank account. If payment is not received within (5) business days of the sale, Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel sale and resell the merchandise at a public or private sale. Failure to provide payment will possibly result in revoking the Buyer's right to participate in future sales and we will mark the buyer with a LiveAuctioneers dispute.
Online Bids: All purchases are subject to an 28% Buyers Premium. Full payment must be made within (3) business days of sale. Payment terms are listed above. All successful online Buyers will receive an invoice within (24) hours of the end of a sale. If the Buyer does not receive notification within (24) hours Buyer remains responsible for all items purchased and retains the responsibility of providing payment. If Buyer fails to provide cleared funds within (5) business days of the sale, they will receive a negative feedback report associated with their online auction profile and will not be permitted to registration for future sales.
Payment: Any Buyer submitting payment from outside the U.S. (regardless of method of bidding) must be done by bank wire transfer. A bank transfer is only considered complete after Prestige Auction House has received the FULL amount due according to the Buyer's invoice. While issuing a wire transfer, all fees, exchange rates and other administrative fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are in addition to the total amount due to Prestige Auction House. All sales and money transfers are conducted in USD currency. No foreign checks will be accepted.
