Terms

The auctioneer (NJ Antiques) at its discretion reserves the right to refuse participation in this auction by any bidder, whether on premises, participating on-line, by telephone, or through absentee bid. There will be a convenience charge of 3% when payment is made by a credit card.

Our auction does not make any representations or warranties, expressed or implied on the items. All weights and measurements are approximate. Please look at all photos and read the description thoroughly and ask questions prior to bidding. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Our description is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement nor a fact. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns will be accepted.

Please note that all items must be removed within 30 days after the auction day. Failure to remove purchased merchandise within the stated pick-up time frame will result in ongoing storage fees of $10.00 per lot, per day. NO EXCEPTIONS. Buyer forfeits the ownership of the purchased item, if it is not picked up within 45 days from an auction date. If your item is not picked up within this time period, we reserve the right to sell or donate the item without notice unless previous arrangements are made.
