A 3% discount will be offered for payments made with CHECK, ACH TRANSFER or CASH. You must notify us if you wish pay with any of these methods 48 hours after the auction.
All property is sold in "as is" condition and all sales are final. All electric items are not tested unless specifically noted. All measurements are Height x Length x Depth. All descriptions, estimates, condition reports and photos are provided as a courtesy and Regency Auction House LLC is not responsible for any errors or omissions. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the buyer. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid and shall advance the bid at his/her sole discretion. In the event of a dispute between bidders, the auctioneer has absolute discretion to determine the successful buyer or to re-sell the disputed lot Absentee, telephone, and Internet bidding is offered as a convenience to our customers.
Regency Auction House LLC cannot be held responsible for errors and omissions resulting in failure to execute your absentee and/or telephone bids. The purchase price of each lot shall be the amount of the successful bid plus a twenty eight percent (28%) buyer's premium. Unless exempt by law, all purchases, including buyer's premium, are subject to all state and local taxes applicable at the time of payment. All payments are due immediately upon receipt of invoice.
Payments will be accepted by cash, check, wire transfer (25$ Fee) or credit card (Visa, Discover and Mastercard). Property purchased during the auction may not be removed until the full purchase price, including buyer's premium and all applicable taxes, have been paid. The purchaser agrees to pay Regency Auction House LLC a handling charge of $35 for any check returned for insufficient funds. Any invoices not paid in full within twenty (20) days after the auction may be cancelled and the sale rescinded without further notice to the purchaser. Regency Auction House LLC does not ship and has no responsibility regarding the shipping of item(s) purchased. A list of shippers can be provided strictly as a courtesy and it is the buyers responsibility to arrange shipping of all items purchased.
THE PURCHASER MUST PAY FOR AND REMOVE or SCHEDULE THE REMOVAL OF ALL PROPERTY FROM THE AUCTION HOUSE WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS.
Any and all permits required for shipment of purchased items are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
