LUCKY DAY ESTATE SALES .PLEASE READ DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS OR MAILBOXES.EVERYTHING MUST GO. Best toy and Christmas pickers sale house is packed with Quality items of all kinds, boxes and boxes of cool stuff. You will find vintage Pre-war trains ,He-Man,Ninja Turtles,Dr Who,Race car magazines, Transformers , Star Wars ,Slot cars ,comic books ,more video games,and just about any other toy from the late 50's and 80's.Many ,many rare and hard to find toys,most we have not seen in years or ever. The pictures tell the story. garage is loaded with vintage bikes pedal cars,gas pumps and signs, many Harley parts,this will be in the week 2 sale as well as 100's of trains, in the basement. Week 2 will be the whole house including ,the upstairs,the basement and the garage all packed and not open the first week.We have decided to do a 3 day sale starting on Thursday sale because of the huge quantity of items.All days will be from , 9 to 3 . This tiny house is packed floor to ceiling so we will have to limit the amount of people on Thursday to (only 6 at a time and you will only be allowed to shop for 30 minutes and then you must check out) I know no one is going to be happy about this but otherwise no one would leave,there are great items everywhere you look .Most everything in the house is for sale..This is a cash only sale. We are not responsible for accidents on the property. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges, and all items are sold as is with no guarantee. Masks are optional. You may start an entrance list on the morning of the sale, but you must stay with that list until we open. We will open sharply at 9 and close sharply at 3.
If you want to start a list early on the first day leave it on porch take a picture with date and time stamp, and make that list available to all that come, again you must stay with that list. until we open.You cannot make a list the day before the sale, I will not honor a day before list.,and you cannot make a list and leave that list because someone will try to steal it,you must make the list after 12:01 am and then stay with the list that is the rule. We will open only the downstairs of the house the first week .Parking is good. We will do our very best to get everyone inside in a safe and timely manner. We always start on time .Street parking is good for this sale and you will be able to pull into the driveway for pick ups if necessary. PLEASE do not block driveways or mailboxes . There will be no bags allowed into the sale, we will be giving you boxes and trays and tubs for your shopping convenience. This sale is for Thursday 10 till 2 and Friday and Saturday 9 to 3 .
