BUYER PREMIUM: There is a 25% Buyers Premium applied to each lot sold. Total purchase price will be: hammer price, buyer's premium, and applicable taxes.
SALES TAX: Tax exempt buyers must present appropriate tax exemption form(s) to LiveAuctioneers account. Auction can not adjust sales tax.

All property is sold as-is, where is, all sales are final. As a condition to registration and bidding, bidder agrees that they will not, under any circumstances, initiate a chargeback, and agree that they are waiving any chargeback rights that may exist under the agreement between the bidder and the bidder's credit card company. Bidders agrees that, should a chargeback be initiated, the bidder terms and conditions will be conclusive evidence of the bidder's waiver of any chargeback rights. Bidder agrees if a chargeback is successful, the buyer remains liable for the purchase price including any buyer's premium, plus costs of collection and attorney fees including a 25% restocking fee. 'Bidding at the auction indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions of the sale.'
PAYMENT: Liveauctioneers autopay hits within three (3) days from auction date and they charge a courtesy fee on credit cards of 3.99% + $0.25. All accepted forms of payment are at the buyers expense: autopay, wire transfer, known check, visa, mastercard, discover, american express, diners club, money order, cashiers check, and cash. Auctioneer has the right to require wire transfer or certified check for any invoice, especially if totaling $5,000 or more.
Invoices will be emailed to the successful bidder within one (1) business day of the Auction. Due to the uncontrollable nature of the delivery of email, non-receipt of an 'Email Invoice' does not preclude you from your responsibilities for payment if you were a winning bidder. If you have participated in the Auction, you are encouraged to inquire regarding whether or not you were the winning bidder. Please note that liveauctioneers does not share your credit card information that you supply them to activate a bidder paddle with the our auction house.
South Jersey Auction reserves the right to move forward with any and all remedies available to us, including reporting your bad debt to the live Auction provider and/or any other related entities. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the Buyer at the close of the Auction, and the Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property. SHIPPING and PICKUPS: Pick up times are available by appointment, Monday - Friday, 8:30-4pm with 24 hour advance notice.
