To ensure fairness, please:
1. **Put the list on the front door.**
2. **Take a picture of it** to document the time it was started
This way, if the list gets replaced, we can easily identify which one was original based on the time stamp.
We accept Cash and Credit Cards
$4 fee for all credit card transactions up to 150
4% fee for all transactions over 150
All sales are final, NO refunds or returns.....Cash and Carry..
We are not responsible for accidents inside or outside of the property. .
No large bags or large pocketbooks
You may bring Empty boxes and empty tote bags for shopping..
Please bring sufficient help for removal of large items
Third party Furniture delivery is available for a fee…

**Entry List Guidelines:**
- The first person to start the entry list must remain with it. If the list is left unattended, I will remove it entirely.
- Others who sign the list can step away—grab a coffee or head home for a bit—but please return by 9 AM. If the list is tampered with or lost, disputes must be resolved among yourselves; Attic To Basement will not intervene.
- This list is for early bird arrivals to ensure fair entry based on your position. If you arrive as a couple, both names must be on the list; two people do not count as one entry.
- Once the sale begins, simply line up outside. We’ll allow 15 people in at a time to start.
**Payment Information:**
- We accept cash and credit cards only—no Venmo or checks.
- A $4 fee applies for credit card transactions under $100, and a 4% fee for amounts over $100. No exceptions.
**Additional Rules:**
- The sale starts promptly at 9 AM. Please leave large bags, heavy coats, and pocketbooks in your car. You may bring an empty shopping bag.
- We have a holding area for your items, but we cannot guarantee their safety. Items left behind is not our responsibility. You must come back to collect them, or you will not receive a refund.
