PRE-SALE HAS TO BE two weeks ahead of sale on high value items only! We DO NOT(phone-email) give out pricing before a sale.
All items sold "as is" and all sales final. Cash, credit cards(fees), ZELLE and Venmo are all accepted. No returns, exchanges, refunds or warranties. "TRY before you buy policy!" NO USE OF BATHROOMS!

Please be considerate to the people that live in the neighborhood. This is where they live. We are all just visitors here so be respectful. Please do not park in front of driveways , block driveways, or throw out your coffee cups in the road or leave in the home. You are a guest please be respectful!

Enter sale at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents. You are responsible for hauling your own purchased items off the property, as we will not be able to help with heavy lifting. All items must be removed within three days of purchase.
