Items can be held until end of the sale if paid in full, if not paid in full then we can't hold the item

Not responsible for accidents in and around the home. Private home is not ADA compliant, you enter at your own risk, by entering the home, basement, garage or stepping foot on the property, you are assuming all risk and responsibility

No public restroom available so plan accordingly

Please obey all local parking laws, please do not block the neighbor's driveways or fire hydrants

We will let people in as we feel fit so please be patient, be nice, and bear with us, there's plenty of cool stuff for everyone

Some items that have been photographed may be removed by the family prior to the sale...it's their stuff until you buy it and they have the right to keep anything they want

Please be respectful of the home and contents.....if you drop something...pick it up, if you make a mess....clean it up, if you break something....you bought it, if you steal something....you get arrested

Please be mindful when moving furniture or large items, if you scratch the walls or floor....the house is sold so you'll be fixing it

The LIST......to eliminate any list drama because there is ALWAYS drama regarding the list.....we will post a list at the house Thursday evening. It will be the only list we will use and it will be photographed
