Important Access Information – 7th Floor Estate Sale

This estate sale is located on the 7th floor of a secured high-rise building. Please read the access instructions carefully before arriving.

Arrival Process:

• A greeter will meet you at the gate and direct you to the main lobby.
• A second greeter will check you in inside the lobby.
• Elevator access will be managed in organized waves of 8–10 shoppers per trip.

Because this is a residential building with limited elevator capacity, access to the sale will move in controlled groups throughout the day.

Please expect elevator wait times, especially at opening. The elevators will run continuously, and our team will move shoppers up as efficiently as possible while following building guidelines.

Early arrival does not guarantee immediate elevator access. Entry will begin at the posted start time.
