Because this home is in a gated community, the HOA has requested that no shoppers drive to the house.

No worries — we’ve got you. Thunderbird is rolling out FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE from a designated parking area straight to the treasure hunt.

Important: All shoppers must follow this HOA requirement. Anyone attempting to drive into the community will be turned around. Stick with the shuttle — it’s easy, it’s smooth, and it keeps the sale rolling for everyone.

🚐 Shuttle Hours: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM

🚐 Runs every ~10-15 minutes

🚐 Address of the pickup spot drops on Wednesday!

We’ll have a table set up with numbers for boarding, and shoppers will be able to line up at the property starting at 7:30 AM. Bring your coffee, bring your excitement — we are READY for you

Big haul? No problem. Large item pickups are allowed. Just talk to a Thunderbird team member and they’ll give you the exact instructions. We make it easy to take home your new favorite finds.
