Living Estate Heidi Garcia. Whole house, Garage, yard, shed!

Welcome to another Four Corners Estate Sale!

We were very impressed how unique and beautiful this home and yard are, Roses everywhere! 

The house has beautiful beam ceilings, the wood came all the way from Oregon. This lovely lady is from Germany, many of the things in this house are from Germany, and many places they visited overseas! 

In the living room, there is a lot of Crystal, and it is REAL crystal!  Very nice serving dishes, bowls, drink ware, to much to list, also in the living room there is some very nice native pottery, and a HUGE story teller with lots of figures,  books, REAL big beautiful live plants, and white fluffy rugs "flokati". There is 1 in the living room and one in the small sitting area. Also in the living room, a framed what appears to be uncirculated Quarter collection, also a guitar and a robo vacuume.

In the sitting area is a LEATHER motorized double recliner with cup holders in excellent condition, we also have a small entertainment center, and a Pendelton blanket in original box! Also another white fluffy rug "flokati". Off to the side against the wall, theres some very nice smalls, some from other countries.

Moving on to the master bedroom, there is a Queen bed with a super nice headboard with a large mirror, lights, storage and display areas, It is in multiple sections. Also in the master is a large leather oversized manual recliner, a large dresser, a quilt and quilt rack, tables full of smalls, also a Slag glass floor lamp that needs repair or you could turn the bad size to the back lol.

Also a large walk in closet with clothes, purses, hats, games, Right off that is a Bathroom with lots of bathroom items.  Next to the bathroom is a wood chair which could have been made by Mr. Garcia as he made a lot of furniture and other wood items, or it could have come from Sweden, as other furniture in the house has.

Next stop, the large den area, There is a BIG peacock chair, and 4 very short tables that came from Sweden, a twin box spring and mattress with a ood frame, There is another retro chair, another mattress, lots of kitchen stuff and more smalls, very nice art, a bow & arrow (collectible) and a nice cubby hold cabinet.

Moving down the  hall to the dining area and kitchen. There is a BEAUTIFUL ROUND table and 6 ROLLING chairs that are super ,comfortable, The table is in super condition. There is a table with home decor items many from other countries, We also have a table of food (NOT expired) with items from other countries too. Lots of spices in the kitchen too.

 Check out the rug under the table, it's big and a BEAUTY! Looks so nice on the wood floor! If you have been looking for a large beautiful rug, this is it!

Moving on to the kitchen with small appliances, lots of pots and pans and silverware, and kitchen utensils.

Look at all the beautiful LIVE plants! she sure had a green thumb.

In bedroom number 2 there is a hideabed sofa, and lots of linens, and a couple of nice rugs, and a couple of occasional tables.

Moving on to bedroom number 3, there is a nice queen size bed (could be full), a large dresser, a large closet with vintage clothes,  There are also lots of pairs of shoes.

In the front yard there is an antique hay rake, a couple milk cans, some driftwood, more LIVE plants , On the side is a large cement bird bath I forgot to take a picture of that is for sale if it can be moved.

There is also a FULL SIZE freezer and a dorm size refrigerator both in great working condition!

In the garage there are lots of miscellaneous, some tools, a vintage wrought iron chandelier with all the matching globes, gardening supplies, cleaning supplies, a very expensive (in it's day) canister vacuum with all the attachments, and a carpet shampooer. Too much to list!

There is also a new in box at least "in box taped" free standing fireplace stove.

In the pictures you can see a bunch or GOOD scrap wood left over from Mr Garcia's projects, you can buy it all, or we can sell it by the piece.

Around the back, there are some chairs, a bench, a grill and a lawnmower, also garden tool.

On the side. are ladders, a wheel barrow, and a cart with a spray tank in it to wheel around I'm guessing to spray weeds. Great idea actually!
