This home is jam packed with all sorts of treasures! Coming from the home of a DisneyLand 30 year Cast Member are lots of wonderful items. Sale includes lots of tools, electronics, guitars, outdoor gear, CDs, etc. Some of the highlights are: 

Disney Cast Member Service Awards up to the 30 year mark. Disney Cast Member jackets, Disney pins, guitars, electronics, Cutco knife set, outdoor gear, Craftsman coveralls, and even a brand new Kohler kitchen sink! 

Furniture and fixtures include a perfect sized sectional sofa, Queen size Dream Cloud bed, recliners, sleek office desk, end tables, lamps and more.

Electronics/Music include an 85" Sony television with wall mount, sound bars, speakers, 6 Channel Stereo Mixer, Yamaha acustic guitar, First Act electric guitar, Wolf electric guitar in purple with mother of pearl inlay, Yamaha keyboard, guitar stands, music stands, printers, scanner, laminator, shredder, and so much more.

SPECIAL NOTES ON ACCESS AND PARKING!!!

This is a gated community. The gates will open at 8:50am and close at 2:00pm each sale day. Parking is ONLY allowed on the West side of Prairie Sage Way (Main road into the community). From there, you will have a short walk to the home where you can shop till you drop. No parking is allowed on Desert Chicory Ct. If you purchase a large or heavy item, we will allow you to pull into the driveway to load. We will have a parking attendant to help direct you. There is a turnaround area at the very end of the street for you once you have collected your treasures. 

NOTES:
1) PLEASE do not block the neighbors driveways, mailboxes, fire hydrants or intersections.
2) The buyer is responsible for removing all purchased items, but we will assist in taking them to
your vehicle.
3) Please bring help to move and load large and/or heavy items.
