Helping Someone In Need Sale

We are back in Rio Rancho this weekend!

This sale will really pull on your heart strings. We received a call from a realtor friend of ours stating she has a client that was taken from her home by ambulance 2 years ago and was NEVER able to return to her home! She is now bedridden in a facility and has to sell all of her possessions and home so that she can continue getting the care that she needs. When the realtor asked if we could step in and work quickly, we couldn't say no, so here we are. Now we need you to come and shop! She has wonderful items all throughout the home. If you're in the market for a new home, we will have a signup sheet for you to get more information.

Featured Items – Vintage clothing, t-shirts, sweaters and jerseys. There are two closets FULL of clothes! We did not have enough time to comb through all of pieces, so you might just find a treasure within!

Furniture – New Queen-sized mattress, cedar chest, antique dresser, chest of drawers, nightstands, wine rack, rolling storage containers, shelves, folding table, chairs, antique/vintage furniture.

Decorative – Paintings, prints, artwork, finished framed cross-stitch pieces, candle sticks, vintage hanging lamp, lamps, holiday decor, and more.

Clothing/Linens – Blankets, new bedding set in bag, vintage towels, tablecloths, women's clothing and shoes.

Electronics/Media – Turntable, vinyl, CD's, DVD's, books, heaters and fans.

Kitchen – ​Refrigerator, Corning ware, pots, pans, small appliances (some new in box), dish sets, glassware and more.

Garage Items – ​Hand tools, ladders, step ladders, extension cords and power strips.

Yard Items – Lawnmower, patio folding chairs, chemicals and more.

NOTES:

1) PLEASE do not block the neighbors’ driveways, mailboxes, fire hydrants or

intersections.

2) The buyer is responsible for removing all purchased items.

3) We are not movers, so please bring help to move and load large and/or heavy

items.

4) Cash, credit and debit cards are accepted. We do not charge a fee for cards.

5) We understand your excitement for some items; however, we will not respond to

inquiries about specific items and pricing prior to the sale.

6) Please note, the family reserves the right to remove items prior to a sale and up

to the morning of the sale without notice and as notice we are trying to presale

some of the larger items. We will do our best to update pictures, but it may not

always happen.

7) Jewelry and other valuables are not stored on-site.
