*PAYMENT: CASH IS ALWAYS PREFERRED, but we accept all credit cards with a 3% fee: VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS. No credit cards for purchases less than $25 please.
* PRICES are firm on Thursday and Friday, but we are happy to hear offers on Saturday. All items are reduced by 50% on Sunday. We are happy to provide additional information on specific items, just send an email or text with your question/s. We'll do our best to respond when possible! PLEASE READ all terms and conditions prior to contact for answers to many of your questions.
* MOVING/LOADING WE CANNOT MOVE/LOAD YOUR PURCHASES!! Please bring help to load and move, or ask us for the names of movers for hire.
*SHIPMENT: We will sell and ship to out of town buyers, but not before the sale opens. We are open to offers on Saturday and Sunday. Once purchase/s is confirmed your item/s will be delivered to The UPS Store here in Santa Fe (or you may pick it up here in Santa Fe by appointment). The UPS Store will proactively contact you to arrange packing, shipping and insurance. IT WILL TAKE A FEW DAYS! They offer UPS, and USPS for most parcels. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay all fees associated

The home of a notable Santa Fe philanthropist, author, playwright, and supporter of the arts, this truly spectacular property consists of three separate homes and a casita set within parklike grounds. Located on the historic Camino del Monte Sol in Santa Fe, parking will be difficult, but we promise that it will be well worth your time! There are a limited number of parking spaces available at the property (and we will have someone assigned to help with parking), or you can find parking on Acequia Madre/Canyon Road, walk to the sale, and drive back later to pick up purchases. We encourage you to come with a friend or two!
This sale will be spread over four days, with appointment times on the half hour. Please email us at susanreutern@gmail.com to request an appointment time; appointment times will be given by the date/time your request is received, first come first serve. Please provide the number and name/s of people you are requesting an appointment time for. We will confirm your appointment time with instructions.
Please don't worry if you are not first or early in times! The homes are filled with original fine art, folk art, and Native American art, excellent Mid Century Modern, antique and vintage furnishings - 3 complete kitchens, living rooms/libraries, multiple bedrooms, a charming casita, and a very large assortment of high-end outdoor furnishings and decor.
