Estate Sale Terms and Policies
Welcome to our estate sale! Our goal is to provide you with an enjoyable experience where you can find incredible treasures. By entering the sale premises, you agree to the following:
For your safety and a pleasant buying experience, we may limit the number of people allowed into the house simultaneously. If this is the case, customers will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis. We appreciate your patience should this occur.
No food, drinks, or pets are allowed.
Children must be supervised at all times by their parent(s) or guardian(s), or they will be asked to leave.
There are no public restrooms available.
Please be considerate and do not enter taped and blocked-off areas as noted.
As a courtesy to others, we ask that you do not block or congregate in doorways and other access points.
While shopping, we invite you to place your items in the designated hold area. A PHD staff member will tag your item(s) with your name until you are ready to check out.
For your safety and the safety of others, please coordinate the purchase of large or outside items (i.e., furniture, large tools, etc.) with PHD staff. Do not attempt to carry or bring items to the check-out area.
If you break an item, you buy it.
All sales are final and as is – no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
You are responsible for taking the items you purchase. We will do our best to hold purchased items left behind until the end of the sale only.
It is your responsibility to ensure you can load and transport your purchased items, so please bring appropriate assistance and vehicle(s) for item pick-up. Unfortunately, PHD staff cannot leave the sale to help carry or load items.
For your safety and the safety of others, the load and transport of large, purchased items must be coordinated with PHD staff.
You are entering this sale premise at your own risk – PHD Estate Sales or any of its employees are not responsible or liable for any accidents on the premises.
Purchase prices are negotiable – whether tagged or not. We want you to leave with the treasures you have found, so be sure to talk to a PHD staff member to see if we can make it happen for you!
