To all of our Customers,
We do not offer, nor do we use a list created by customers for entry to our Estate Sales. It is first come, first serve. We do not sell early to dealers. No early birds.
We accept cash and credit/debit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard) and Apple/Samsung Pay.
Unless you have a valid resale license, we must charge CA sales tax on all purchases.
If you do purchase furniture or any item in which may require assistance we do ask you to bring help & if we are not busy we will be glad to assist you.

We are holding a Live Auction at the Elks Lodge Auction times will be a mix of items such as those listed below. Some will be individual and some will be box lots.
Household items, Jewelry, Coins, Furniture, artwork Collectables,Glassware, and much more
Auction Preview will start at 8am till 1pm during the Elks Lodge Breakfast. The Auction will start at 1pm till all items have been processed.
All items must be paid for and picked up at the end of the auction
There will be a 12% buyers premium added to all purchases made by Debit/Credit. A 2% discount for all cash payments will be given.
All Registered bidders will be put into drawings during the auction
Most Items will be “No Reserve”
Sale Tax must be charged unless you have a valid Resale Permit
