Pickup Information:
Location: Las Vegas, NV 89134 Summerlin Parkway and Town Center (Exact address released at 8:00 am PST on Tuesday, June 10, 2025)
Date & Time: Tuesday. June 10th, 2025, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm PST
(This is the only designated pickup day; all items must be retrieved by 6:00 pm PST)

Pickup Policy: Failure to pick up items on the designated day will result in forfeiture without a refund. Buyers must bring their own boxes, packing materials, and assistance for item removal.

Buyer’s Premium & Sales Tax
Buyer’s Premium: 15%
Sales Tax: Clark County, Nevada sales tax of 8.375% applies to all purchases.
Payment Terms

Credit Card Requirements: All major credit cards must be processed through HiBid, with the name on the HiBid account matching the card used at registration.
High-Value Items: Purchases of gold, silver, vehicles, or single items over $1,000 must be paid in full via Zelle to help@sunnytransitions.com, with the invoice number in the memo.
Shipping Payments: High-dollar shipped items also require Zelle payment. Include the invoice number in the memo.
Automatic Card Processing: The credit card on file will be charged automatically at the auction’s close. Unpaid invoices may result in a HiBid account notation and a potential bidding ban.
No Alternate Payment Apps: We do not accept PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo.
ID Verification

Photo ID: Buyers must bring a photo ID matching the HiBid account name and the credit card used for pickup. No exceptions.
Verification at Pickup: The cashier will photograph your ID for verification at the pickup location.
Shipping Policy

UPS Store Drop-Off Only: We offer UPS store drop-off only. Sunny Transitions does not provide in-house shipping or any alternative shipping services.
Shipping Costs: The UPS Store can be costly for packing and shipping. Contact them at 702-547-4356 for an estimate before bidding, as fees may exceed the item’s value.
UPS Drop-Off Fee: Generally, $10 per lot for small items; larger or oversized items (e.g., requiring truck transport) incur a $50 drop-off fee per lot.
Approval for Breakable/Large Items: For breakables or items larger than a breadbox, please get approval before bidding. Out-of-state bidders must email a signed invoice with matching photo ID to help@sunnytransitions.com for UPS transfer approval. Signature is required for delivery.
No Refunds on Shipped Items: All items are sold as-is based on photos, with no refunds. Bidders are responsible for arranging UPS Store payment after the drop-off.
Auction Policies

Finality of Sales: All items are sold as-is, where-is. It is the bidder’s responsibility to evaluate the condition, age, authenticity, and value of each item.

Returns Policy:
In rare cases where returns are accepted, they will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. This fee is applied to cover the costs associated with processing and handling the return. Returns must be pre-approved.

Invoice & Communication: Invoices will be sent via email from help@sunnytransitions.com. Add this email to your address book to avoid spam filtering.
Unpaid Invoices: Unpaid invoices may be sent to collections, potentially impacting your HiBid account standing.
SMS Notification: By opting in, you agree to receive SMS updates about pickup locations and promotions. Standard message rates apply. Reply "STOP" to unsubscribe.
Safety Notice: Property conditions vary, with potential uneven surfaces. Enter at your own risk; Sunny Transitions is not liable for any injuries on the premises.
Important Notices

Staging Items: Large crates, bins, and folding tables shown in photos are for staging and are not for sale.
Liquidation Terms: This is a residential estate liquidation. Ensure you pick up items on the designated date to avoid forfeiture and maintain your bidding privileges for future auctions.
