All items Sold (AS-IS) NO Returns or Refunds. All sales are final.
WE take cash or credit cards
ABSOLUTELY NO LARGE HANDBAGS ALLOWED in the home. Please leave them in your car. Total SECURITY will be present.

Please bring HELP to LOAD large items.
All items must be picked up one hour before the close of the sale. We are not responsible for slips, falls or injuries inside or outside of the house. AGAIN No large handbags allowed.

Plastic bags and newspaper for wrapping will be provided.

No early birds!
SECURITY will be present at the front and back door. All that purchase must present a receipt when exiting.
MASKS are optional. Should you need a mover, we can help with a list of possible movers.
No lifting, moving, or transportation will be included in the purchase of the items sold by the estate sale team members!! Bring Help to Lift and Load Large Items.
Receipts will be checked at the door.
Please bring your own tools, and hand truck.
We will limit the number of people allowed into the sale at any one time.
