FLAT PRICE MEANS FLAT PRICE. A $1,000 item costs the same as a $1 item, so take the good with the small. It's a give and take. If a $1 item is $10, that's what makes a $1,000 item $10. We don't negotiate or make exceptions, and anyone who argues about the price of an item will not be able to buy others at the sale price.

Flat price means flat price. A $1 item is $10 on Friday, and a $1,000 item is $10 on Friday. It all sells for the price of the day. Luxury furniture, designer pieces, pallets of new merchandise, collectibles, decor, housewares, tools, and thousands of treasures you haven't seen yet.

TAKE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN CARRY. No limit on how many pieces you take.

Resellers, collectors, decorators, flippers, small businesses: this is the one to bring a truck, boxes, and friends to. Friday has the best selection, and Saturday and Sunday have the lowest prices.
