• Applicable New York State and local sales tax will be collected through Square. Tax-exempt buyers must provide a properly completed exemption certificate before payment.

• Bring sufficient help, an appropriate vehicle, and any tools or packing materials needed to remove your purchases. Staff cannot lift, load, disassemble, or transport furniture.

• All purchases must be picked up by 3pm on 9/19/26. Any alternate pickup arrangement must be approved before purchase.

• Please measure furniture and your doorways before buying. Buyers are responsible for arranging safe removal without damaging the property.

• No early entry. Entry may be limited to prevent overcrowding. Please follow staff directions and respect areas marked off-limits.
