PAYMENT:
Payments can be made via credit card through Live Auctioneers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. After 72 hours post sale, all unpaid invoices will be automatically billed for the full amount to the designated credit card on file with your Live Auctioneers account. We also accept personal/business checks, money orders, cashiers/bank checks and cash (cash on delivery (COD) for in person sales or pick up at the auction site). The amount due will be detailed on your Live Auctioneers Invoice. Invoices are sent within two hours after the close of the sale (typically sooner). Payment address: Iroquois Auctions, P.O. Box 736, Brewerton, NY 13029. Please include your invoice number with your payment. Payment can also be made in person with the auctioneer or one of their designated representatives.
If no payment has been received by the auctioneer (or contact made with the auctioneer) within 14 days of the sale, the buyer will be flagged for non-payment in the Live Auctioneers system. This WILL have an effect on your ability to register for future auctions (both ours and all others).
We will hold all items sold until payments have cleared our bank. Live Auctioneers (online) bidders will pay a 18% Buyer's Premium. BY BIDDING IN THIS AUCTION, YOU HAVE AGREED TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AUCTION.
SHIPPING:
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs - NO exceptions. You can pick up your item(s) after the sale or we will have a shipping agency ship the item(s) for you. If the shipping agency ships your item(s), you will be sent a SEPARATE shipping invoice after the sale by the shipper within 30 days of item payment. Shipping times WILL BE EXTENDED to 30-60 days (after item payment) due to the number of items to be sold. PLEASE DO NOT CALL ASKING WHERE YOUR ITEM IS. If you cannot wait patiently and politely for your item, then do not bid in this auction. Packages will not be shipped until all payments have cleared. Items that have been paid for will generally be given priority when preparing shipping invoices. Packages are sent via the USPS or UPS. THERE IS A STANDARD MINIMUM $20 BOXING FEE PER BOX SHIPPED. The amount of the fee will vary and depend on the type of item and complexity of packaging required. All packages are insured for the purchase value - NO exceptions. You MUST ensure that the address and phone number you have on file with Live Auctioneers is the correct shipping address and contact number. We are not responsible for packages shipped to the incorrect address on file or the costs associated with shipping it there. For larger items (furniture, etc.) we can recommend shippers, or you may call and discuss delivery for a fee. Our ability to deliver will depend on the size of the item(s) and the final destination. You may also arrange your own shipping for the item(s) you purchase.
Please note that any ammunition items must be shipped via UPS Ground and due to the weight, it may have to be shipped in multiple shipping containers/boxes. Also, your auction transaction is not complete until you have picked up your item or had it shipped/delivered. Failure to complete the sale transaction as described in these Terms and Conditions may result in flagging in the Live Auctioneers system. BY BIDDING IN THIS AUCTION, YOU HAVE AGREED TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AUCTION.
FIREARMS:
This auction will be offering firearms for sale. During the sale, all NYS and Federal firearms laws will be adhered to. There will be proper paperwork filed and NICs checks will be run for transfers at a cost to the buyer. If you cannot pass a NICs check, DO NOT bid on a firearm. If you are a NYS resident and do not have a NYS pistol permit, DO NOT bid on a handgun. We CANNOT and WILL NOT hold handguns until you have received your permit. If you purchase a firearm and the NICs check receives a "deny" message, you will not receive the firearm and your NICs check purchase cost WILL NOT be refunded. It is up to you to file a NICs appeal to the FBI. All firearms for sale are sold "as is, where is" with the understanding that they have not been tested, fired or cleaned before the sale.
ALL ITEMS:
All items in the auction will be sold "as is, where is" with NO RETURNS. Any condition statement in this sale is given as a courtesy to the bidder, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Iroquois Auctions shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, damage or the effects of aging. We are not responsible for incorrect descriptions, age, wood type, scratches, chips to glass, authenticity, etc. We will, however, try to describe every item to the best of our ability having more than 50 years of experience in the business and make every effort to try to meet and exceed your needs.
SALES TAX:
New York State residents without a valid Sales Tax ID number will pay a sales tax of 8%. Buyers with a valid New York State Sales Tax ID number will need to fill out a New York State Sales Tax Exemption form to avoid being charged sales tax.

Iroquois Auctions is pleased to announce a treasure filled two-day antique/firearm/sportsman auction at 10AM on Sat. Oct. 4, 2025 and Sun. Oct. 5, 2025. Preview will take place each day before the sale from 8-10AM. The auction will be held "under the tent" at 2136 NY Route 49, West Monroe, NY 13167. Please plan accordingly for temperature/weather on auction day. Brings comfy chairs if you like and any packing material for items you purchase.

Dr. Fallon lived directly on the lake and all of his items came out of his beautiful waterfront property.
