By entering or participating in this estate sale, whether in person or through online communication, all attendees and purchasers acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied regarding condition, authenticity, completeness, or functionality.
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, refunds, or credits will be issued for any reason.
Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.
Payment in full is required to secure any item. Expressions of interest, holds, text messages, direct messages, comments, or agreements made through EstateSales.net or any other platform do not guarantee availability of an item until payment has been received and confirmed.
Purchases may be arranged prior to the official sale dates through text message, phone communication, or messaging platforms including EstateSales.net.
The seller reserves the right to sell items at any time prior to or during the sale.
Any item may be withdrawn from the sale at any time, including items shown in photographs, advertisements, listings, or promotional materials.
Purchased items must be removed within the designated pickup timeframe unless other arrangements are approved in writing by the seller.
The property owner, estate representatives, sale organizers, employees, and affiliates are not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost or stolen property, or damage occurring on the premises.
Attendees enter the property at their own risk.
The seller reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

By remaining on the premises, communicating intent to purchase, or completing a transaction, attendees and buyers acknowledge acceptance of these terms.
