Sale will take place over 2 days, starting at 9 am and running to 4 pm on each day. Cash only, all sales final. Must bring help to load large items. All purchased items must be removed from property by the close of the sale (1/19). Not responsible for accidents or damages to items after purchase. If you purchase a large item and plan to return for it later in the day, item must be paid for in full at time of purchase and no refund will be given if not picked up by close of sale.
