Cash only accepted as payment. There are large tools, chests and furniture. Please bring help to load these items we do not load items. Address will be posted day before the sale after 9 AM Have a few more pictures coming. Pictures added of mission style dining room set with 8 chairs. Also some Elvis framed pictures. Also family has decided to add the baseball card collection and memorbilia.

Saturday last day of sale. Open 9 to 5. Large barn items will be discounted 20%. Most small items in barn discounted 50%. Some smalls are not at 50% off like wooden tool chests. House small's will be discounted 50 %. The exceptions in the house like beer signs, generator, NIagara Mohawk items ,baseball cards and cast iron horses are not included in the 50% off items in the house. Furniture we will negotiate on but will not be 50% off. Please read carefully so you understand the discounts. Thank you

This is a large estate sale in Cassville New York. Complete address will be posted the day before the sale after 9am on June 25th. On the 26th the barn only will be open for customers from 8 to 5. The following day the barn and house will be open from 9 to 5 on that Friday and Saturday. Remember just the barn is open on Thursday as it is completely full of antique tools, metal cabinets with drawers, large upright air compressor, tool chests, drafting table, lathe's, grinders, metal machine to clean parts, antique Yankee drill grinder, 20 ton hydraulic press and so much more. It is loaded. The house is full as well with two floors and basement and garage. The family has vintage Niagara Mohawk toy trucks and hats, beautiful dining room set with 8 chairs, Queen bedroom set complete, Elvis vintage memorabilia, large collection of beer signs some are neon and some are large. Christmas collection of many vintage items.. Pair of antique horse heads with rings, I believe they are concrete. Very old. Outdoor snowmobile suits. Stereo equipment and Crossley record player. Large flat screen TV. I have added pictures of the beautiful dining room set mission style with 8 chairs. Has protective covers and extra leaf and dovetailed on the top..Look at added pictures of the baseball card collection with memorbilia.Barn is open from 8 to 5 on Thursday. House and barn on Friday and Saturday opens at 9 am.

Remember only the barn is open on the June 26th. Its located behind the house. The next day Friday and Saturday everything will be open the barn and the house.
