NO EARLY BUYERS. Parking on the first morning of the sale MUST be on the street. It is a long, narrow driveway with parking available for 7-8 cars. Customers will be allowed to access the driveway to pick up any purchases. The doors will open at exactly 9 AM on the first day. Items are Priced TO SELL. The price of items will be reduced by 30 % on the second day of the sale, and by 50 % on the last day. Bundle and volume discounts will be given. Cash, approved check (w/proper i.d.), Venmo and Paypal will be accepted. The buyer will be responsible for moving any large items. If you have any questions regarding the sale, please email urbandigs@aol.com. Due to the huge volume of items in this house, the sale will be divided into 2 parts. This Part 1 sale is primarily vintage and antique items, located in a 2,300 sq. ft. basement. There will be household items, outdoor furniture and tools also available in the courtyard and garage.
