By bidding, you understand that any bid you submit can and may be regarded as the Purchase Price Bid for a particular Lot, accordingly, your Bid constitutes a legally binding agreement to purchase the Lot in accordance with your Bid if accepted by the auctioneer. You agree to assume personal responsibility to pay the Purchase Price Bid, plus the Buyer's Premium and you agree to purchase the Lot and assume all risk of loss and damage to such Lot, in addition to any obligations, costs and expenses relating to its handling, shipping, insurance, taxes, and export. All sales are final, there are no refunds. If you do not pay within 72 hour after auction the credit card number provided to establish your bidding account will be charged in full for any invoice amount due. NOTE: All silver, gold, jewelry and coins must be paid with wire transfer or Zelle. No credit card payments or personal checks for Silver, Gold, Jewelry and Coins will be accepted without gallery approval and past favorable payment history with our gallery

Terri Peters & Associates are not responsible for errors, omissions, or oral condition reports. It is up to the buyer to decide the nature and authenticity of each and every item interested in, prior to bidding. Terri Peters & Associates reserve the right to make verbal corrections and/or provide additional information from the auction block during the sale. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to request a condition report and or additional pictures and be well informed regarding the merchandise prior to placing a bid. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the auctioneer shall have absolute discretion in determining the successful bidder, or he/she may re-offer the disputed item for sale if he/she so wishes. It is the responsibility of the bidder to examine lots and decide on their level of interest. We have most items available for private preview by appointment or during our posted preview hours prior to the auction. Lots are sold in "as is" condition. All sales are final. No refunds. Terri Peters & Associates is not responsible for theft or damage. You are responsible for your purchases after the auctioneer's hammer goes down and identifies your number as the winning bid. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ascertain, to their satisfaction, the authenticity, condition, shipping, transportation, or any other factors that may influence bidding BEFORE bidding! By placing any bid(s), (on-site, online, absentee, or by phone), you are agreeing to the terms of this auction. Your bid is considered to be a legally binding agreement. All payment for winning bids MUST be made within 5 business days after the conclusion of the auction unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by the bidder and Terri Peters & Associates. Any item(s) remaining unpaid after 5 days will be placed in storage with a storage fee of $20.00 per day being levied upon the buyer. Those items that remain in storage for more than 14 days (paid or unpaid), will be considered forfeited unless other arrangements have been made. The cost of the item and all storage fees are the responsibility of the buyer. After an additional 5 days from forfeiture, any remaining unpaid balance will be turned over to a collection agency. It is NOT our intention to charge ANY additional fees or to send our customers to collections, it is only our intention to process winning bids as expeditiously as possible and get winning items to our customers quickly. All items must be removed at the conclusion of the auction unless other arrangements are made by calling us at 315.447.1656. For internet bidders, we have shippers available. All sales are final. Those who claim tax exemption certify that the number provided is valid and on file.

We have an independent packaging and courier service available to you, however, we encourage you to make your own arrangements if you would like. FOR LOCAL Pick up: Tues & Wed after Saturday's Auction - Tues. 4-6pm & Wed. Noon-2. Warehouse Location: 6500 New Venture Gear Drive, East Syracuse, NY 13057 (Service Entrance to the left of the main entrance / free parking)
OUT OF AREA: You can use whatever company you'd like for shipping, however, the UPS Store in Manlius, NY handles most all items for shipping. Once your invoice has been paid and processed, all small items will be couriered to the UPS Store in Manlius, NY at no additional charge, unless other arrangements have been made. You can contact them once your item(s) have been paid and processed for a shipping quote. UPS Manlius can be reached by Calling 315.682-4999 or Emailing Store1180@TheUPSstore.com. For furniture or larger items we have a list of transport companies we can provide on request.
