NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Maadson Auction Gallery does not accept any returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any items purchased at our auctions. There will be no sale rescissions or refunds made on the basis of condition, shipping cost, or any other reason. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Order Cancellation

Once a lot is won and the purchase is confirmed, it is immediately processed for payment and item collection. Therefore, we cannot offer any cancellations. Confirmed auction purchases are not eligible for cancellation for any reason, including if the buyer is unable to pay for or coordinate shipping.

Condition Statement

It is the buyer's sole responsibility to be knowledgeable about the condition of the property before bidding. This is a live auction, and prospective buyers are strongly advised to inspect the items using the images online. All lots are sold "AS IS." No statement regarding condition, kind, value, or quality of a lot, whether made orally at the auction or at any other time, or in writing in this catalog or elsewhere, shall be construed to be an express or implied warranty, representation, or assumption of liability by Maadson Auction Gallery. Any such warranty is expressly WAIVED by the bidder.

Maadson Auction Gallery assumes no liability for minor imperfections, natural variations, or any damage or defect to a lot, regardless of when it occurred. The absence of a condition report does not imply that there are no condition issues with the lot. Please contact us for a detailed condition report prior to the auction if you require one.

Payment and Pick-up

Payment: Payment for all auction purchases must be made within 3 days of the invoice being sent. If payment has not been arranged within this timeframe, the credit card used to register for the auction will be charged for the total invoice amount. Maadson Auction Gallery is not responsible for any issues that arise from a failure to pick up or arrange shipping in a timely manner.

Pick-up: All purchased items must be picked up within 30 days of the auction date unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed in writing. Items not picked up within this period will be considered abandoned. Maadson Auction Gallery reserves the right to dispose of or resell any abandoned items without prior notice or refund to the purchaser. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.

Other Important Disclaimers

Color & Imperfection: Maadson Auction Gallery is not responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen. Minor imperfections and variance are considered normal.

Liability: Maadson Auction Gallery is not liable for any damage, defect, or missing items once the auctioneer has declared the item sold. Maadson Auction Gallery is not liable or responsible for any theft or loss that occurs after a delivery has been completed.

Commercial Use: Products are not rated for commercial use unless explicitly stated.

Typographical Errors: Maadson Auction Gallery reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to typographical errors or an incorrect price.
