There are 3 steps to enter the home and the home is on two levels.

Prices are firm on opening day and may be reduced throughout the sale weekend.

All purchases must be picked up by the end of the final sale day unless arrangements are made in advance.

Please bring help to move furniture.

Some packing materials may be available but cannot be guaranteed. Bring an extra bag.
