1. All Sales Are Final
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing.
2. Payment Methods
• We accept cash, credit, and debit cards (unless otherwise stated).
• A valid ID may be required for credit card transactions.
3. Sales Tax
• New York State sales tax will be collected as required by law unless a valid resale certificate is provided at the time of purchase.
4. Items Sold “As-Is”
• All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied.
• We do our best to describe and photograph items accurately, but buyers are responsible for verifying condition and authenticity.
5. Entry & Liability
• By entering the property, you assume full responsibility for your safety.
• Vanguilder’s Estate Liquidation LLC, the property owner, and staff are not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages.
6. Holding & Pickup Policy
• Items must be paid in full to be held.
• All purchases must be picked up by the end of the final sale day unless arrangements are made in advance.
7. Pricing & Discounts
• Prices are firm on opening day and may be reduced at the discretion of management.
• No early pricing, early entry, or pre-sales unless explicitly stated.
8. Conduct
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone being disruptive, disrespectful, or attempting to alter or switch tags.
9. Parking & Access
• Please park responsibly and follow all posted signs. Do not block driveways or neighbors’ access.
10. Removal of Items
• Buyers are responsible for bringing their own packing materials, tools, and help for moving large items.
