This sale is strictly a cash or check sale. Bring your own bags (all bags are subjected to search upon exiting). Flashlights might be needed in some areas. Bring sufficient help if purchasing furniture or any other items that require lifting. Loading and moving large items are the responsibility of the buyer and all items purchased must be picked up by noon time on the last day of sale. Children MUST be supervised. Although we love our furry friends, we must respect the owner's premises, so no pets are allowed (even if you carry them). We do not hold items prior to the sale for perspective buyers!!!!! There is no bathroom accessibility!! There is a sign up sheet provided for those early birds and it is placed outside the day before the sale!!!

What a great sale this will be and with the holidays right around the corner you don't want to miss out on the Christmas items that will be for sale.  There is a ceramic Christmas Tree, Christmas Village items, figurines, vintage bulbs and lights, a nativity set, hanging kissing balls, angel figurines and so much more  The contents of the home is beautifully decorated with French Country furniture, including but not limited to the dining room set, bedroom dressers and vanity.  There is also mid-century furniture, as well as a beautiful living set, including a couch, love seat, several single chairs, a coffee table, and end tables.  Items also include a Cavalier Cedar Chest, jewelry, many albums, walkers, wall tapestry, paintings, a receiver, stereo cabinets, speakers,  candle holders, decorative lamps, throw pillows, CD/DVD/Movie cabinet, clothes, coats, small kitchen appliances, pots and pans, china, dishes, glasses, floral arrangements, books, frames, piano stool, shop vacs, ladder, telephones, printer, and projector.  The basement and garage are filled with fishing poles, gulf clubs, filing cabinets, paint, power tools, hand tools, tool cases, a vise, and loads of hardware.  More pictures will be posted so stay tuned in.  George and I look forward to see you all very soon!!!!!
