We have acquired several toy and doll collections from local estates for immediate dispersal. All items have been moved to the auction hall for your convenience.

Buyers Premium of 20% added to all purchases. All items sold “as is”, “where is”. Rochester Auction House LLC will disclose what we know about an item, however it is the buyer’s responsibility to preview any and all items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO RETURNS - NO CHARGEBACKS.

CHECK OUT: Invoices will be e-mailed to all winning bidders on Saturday, April 26, 2025, after the auction has closed. We will run the credit card you registered with. We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Discover.
PICK UP: Sunday, April 27, 2025, and Monday, April 28, 2025, from 11 AM – 6PM at Rochester Auction House LLC, 1850 E Ridge Road, Rochester, NY 14622.
PLEASE BRING HELP IF YOU NEED IT! PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PACKING SUPPLIES AND BOXES AND ANYTHING ELSE YOU NEED TO REMOVE YOUR PURCHASED ITEMS. MANY ITEMS ARE PICK UP ONLY! PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM YOU ARE BIDDING ON CAREFULLY!
SALES TAX: 8% New York State sales tax will be charged on all purchases unless you hold a valid TAX EXEMPT NUMBER. PLEASE NOTIFY US THAT YOU ARE TAX EXEMPT WHEN YOU REGISTER FOR THE AUCTION.
AUCTION STARTS CLOSING AT 12 NOON ON FRIDAY, APRIL 25, 2025, WHERE THERE WILL BE A STAGGERED CLOSING. This means the auction will begin closing at 12 noon with 20 seconds between the closing of each lot. The closing time will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes.
During an internet auction we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in case of system failures. We reserved the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
