CHECK OUT: Invoices will be e-mailed to all winning bidders on Saturday, October 4, 2025, after the auction has closed. We will run the credit card you registered with. We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Discover.

PICK UP: Sunday, October 5, 2025, and Monday, October 6, 2025, from 11 AM – 6PM at Rochester Auction House LLC, 1850 E Ridge Road, Rochester, NY 14622.

SALES TAX: 8% New York State sales tax will be charged on all purchases unless you hold a valid TAX EXEMPT NUMBER. PLEASE NOTIFY US THAT YOU ARE TAX EXEMPT WHEN YOU REGISTER FOR THE AUCTION.

AUCTION STARTS CLOSING at 10am on Saturday, October 4, 2025, WHERE THERE WILL BE A STAGGERED CLOSING. This means the auction will begin closing at 12 noon with 20 seconds between the closing of each lot. The closing time will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes.

During an internet auction we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in case of system failures. We reserved the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
