Eventz by Scott MEGA Estate Sale at Chautauqua Mall

Sale description and photos coming soon!  These are just a few photos showing only 5% of the stuff there - still setting up and there will be a ton of stuff there for sale! Perfect sale (with great parking) for finding that special treasure, re-selling, thrifting, Christmas presents and lots of toys for both the kids and adults! 

Pay attention to the days and hours of the sale.

At this sale - we are trying out an Early Entry Membership Program. On the first day (Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2025) and only this day, shoppers can get into the sale an hour earlier (8 a.m. to 9 a.m.) before the general public opening and shop for an hour for only $25.00 early access fee. Eventz by Scott Estate/Household Sale Early Entry Membership Program

- $25.00 payable by website only by 12 noon the day before the sale (Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2025) at www.eventzbyscott.com. Go to site, click Pay Online button, click Pay For An Event, under price per item, type 25 and hit enter and continue with PayPal or credit card information.

- No cash/check payment is accepted for this program. All registrations must be done by 12 noon the day before sale - there will be no transactions day of sale.

- Payment is non-refundable.

- Payment is just for the one person who signed up only (sorry - no children are eligible for the early entry program which only happens on the first day for one hour.) Significant others, friends and/or guests must register themselves and may not be guaranteed to be next in line by you.

- The order of entry is based on when payment is made. For example, if you are the first one to sign up on-line, you are the first in line that morning. If you are the 5th person to sign up - you are the 5th in line and so on. You will know your line number after you register via phone call or email from Scott!

- Early Entry Program participants will line up in a different line than the general public and will be let into sale starting at 8 a.m. A person will be there to direct you!

- The recommended and best door to enter that morning at Chautauqua Mall will be the back mall entrance behind JCPenney around building corner (see entrance photo listed on this site). Please pass the JCPenney salon entrance and look for back mall entrance which is to the right of maintenance multiple garage doors. Please go directly to the Eventz by Scott store (formerly Shoe Dept ). This door will be open first that morning.

- No need to wake up and sit/sleep in your vehicle for hours or stand in the rain or snow! Early Entry Program members that are signed up and paid just show up by 7:45 a.m. to line up and hear guidelines. You'll still be allowed in anytime from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. if you happen to be late.

- The first person registered also gets to look at just one item of their choosing at 8 a.m. door opening. It will be located/moved to checkout by entrance for final decision. This option is only available to first person in line. 

- Prices are not disclosed before sale opens.

-Special! Each person that registers via $25 for this sale early entry program ALSO gets into the second sale two weeks later (Nov. 26 - Nov. 30 except closed on Thanksgiving) from 800 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. before the general public at the same Chautauqua Mall location at NO additional charge! The line order will be the same for the 2nd sale.
