**PLEASE READ**. We now use the Signup Genius app. for our pick up; winning bidders MUST make an appointment for pick up, or will be given last priority. Any other special arrangements must be confirmed before end of auction.
- Please use the link in the email you will receive with your winning bid receipt PROMPTLY once an auction is won, to sign up for appointment.
- Early slots fill up quickly, so please sign up promptly. If you can’t make an appointment online, text us at 631-521-3451 and we will try to accomodate.
- Winning Bidders need to bring bags, boxes and or packing materials for transporting auction items home.
- NOTE: FURNITURE: WE CANNOT MOVE HEAVY ITEMS WITH YOU. Winning Bidders must bring help for large/ heavy items. For consideration of time and space Large Furniture is best picked up at the end of the day.

SHIPPING:
- Items offered for shipping are specifically marked as such. Please bid accordingly. We will not refund money if you bid on items that we do not ship.
- Shipping is available on small non-fragile items. We do not ship lamps, art, large items etc.
- Shipping Rates include a $9.00 handling fee per invoice, no matter how many items you win. Buyer is also responsible for all shipping costs, and must be paid through PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or Cashapp before shipping is coordinated. (Shipping can take up to 2 weeks if we are busy. )
- If you desire to have a specified item shipped, please text a confirmation within 24 hours of auction close to 63-521-3451

-Pick-up window times are clearly stated..items not picked up during these times will be considered abandoned and will not be refunded.
Again, ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. Please read complete descriptions. We make every attempt to be transparent about condition.
