We don't ship. Items will be dropped off to a local UPS for shipping Shipping will be at the cost of the bidder. Terms of sale are 22% Buyers Premium.. Cash, certified funds, VISA or Mastercard & Discover & are accepted forms of Payment. Personal or company check will be accepted with a current & valid bank letter w/proper ID. All purchases to be paid in US dollars. All winning bidders should contact Meissner's Auction Service at 518-766-5002 to make arrangements for picking up or shipping arrangements. If you choose to pay by credit card, please note that we impose a surcharge of 3% on the transaction amount on all credit card transactions, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance. All items must be paid for within 5 business days from the Tuesday after the sale. New York State Sales Tax will be charged to all purchases unless a Certificate of Resale has been filled out by the bidder along with copy of their NYS Tax ID. Bidders with Resale Numbers that haven't filled out the NYS Sales Tax form and submitted it to our office will have to pay the sales tax. The Auctioneer or its representatives do not warrant the accuracy, genuiness, authenticity, condition, description, weight, count or measure of any of the lots specified herein. Please make yourself familiar with the merchandise that you are bidding on as well as the terms & conditions of this sale. Although condition reports may be given upon request, such reports are state of opinion only and should not be construed as statements of fact. Regardless of whether or not a condition report is given, all property is sold subject to "As is where is" and "All sales are final" with "No Returns". The absence of a condition report does not imply that the property is in good condition. All dimensions are approximate. Meissner's Auction Service & Antique Center LLC is not responsible for items damaged during shipping. Not all lots will be catalogued and may be viewed on our website. We may be able to ship smaller items. Any items too large or too fragile for us will be buyer's responsibility for shipping. There will be a $45.00 fee for all returned checks.
