Manhattan Estate Sale, East 20th Street

Collecting the beautifully maintained contents of this Manhattan home was truly a labor of love. The owners lived in this apartment for over 40 years. Their home was a gathering place for family and friends. The sale represents their love for cooking, entertaining, art and fashion. Much of the furniture is Italian Bauhaus and was purchased at the high-end Roche Bobois showroom. They also had a penchant for Art Deco which you can see in the designer light fixtures. The large abstract art by listed artists was bought in galleries all over the country. They kept records of their purchases, so you will see many of the original prices.
