All items are sold "AS IS" and in their present condition at the time of sale.

All measurements, weights, descriptions, gradings, gemstone identifications, gold purity, and other information provided are approximate and represent our opinion only. While we make every effort to provide accurate information, such information should not be considered a guarantee, warranty, or certification.

Most items are estate, pre-owned, or vintage and may show signs of wear, tarnish, patina, minor repairs or resizing, dents and surface marks consistent with age. These characteristics should be expected with estate, pre-owned, and vintage jewelry. Items are sold AS IS.

All items are described and photographed to the best of our ability, but:

Photos may not show every detail

Bidders must ask any questions before bidding, as no refunds will be provided after the sale.

Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid in full by the stated due date. The credit card on file with LiveAuctioneers.com will be charged immediately for the full invoice amount once the invoice is sent by email.

Failure to pay may result in:

Permanent suspension from Avis Jewelry
Reporting to auction platforms
Collection actions
Legal proceedings

All costs of collection, including attorney fees, will be charged to the bidder.

Shipping & Handling

Once payment has been successfully processed, your order will be prepared for shipment. We will make every effort to process and ship your order as soon as possible; however, please allow up to 5 business days from the time payment is received and successfully processed for your order to be shipped.




Limitation of Liability

Avis Jewelry is not liable for:

Damage after delivery
Loss by carrier
Misuse of items
Delays beyond our control
Incorrect address provided by the bidder

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the maximum liability of Avis Jewelry shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.
