- ALL SALES ARE FINAL - no guarantees and no refunds! All items sold "as-is". It is suggested that if you purchase an electrical item that you have it
checked by a licensed electrician to make sure it's safe to use.
- NO ENTRY NUMBER REQUIRED. Initially, we may limit the number of people allowed to enter at one time. As someone leaves another person may enter.
- Entrance and Exit only through garage ONLY!.
- Receipts will be checked when leaving. Shoplifters will be prosecuted. This property is equipped with a remote camera security system,
- Local County/NYS Sales and Use Tax of 8% will be charged, unless you complete a NYS Certificate of Resale.
- NO BUYER's PREMIUM FEE. At an auction you would pay an additional BPF.
- CASH preferred; personal or business check accepted, IF proper photo I.D. presented and known to us. ATM's available near sale
- There is a $100.00 service fee added for a returned check for any reason!! Sorry, unable to accept debit credit card.
- Prices are firm on first day of sale. On first day, if you do not like the price, you may leave a bid with Cashier and you will be notified that evening if or if not you were the successful bidder. On second day of sale, most items reduced at opening. Later, some reduced more.
- No large purses or bags allowed. We have shopping bags available for your temporary use.
- No strollers or carriages allowed in house due to large volume of items and limited walking area.
- For your larger purchases you will need help to remove. Due to insurance restrictions, our staff will not be able to assist you.

HOUSE FULL OF VINTAGE, PRIMITIVES, COLLECTIBLES.  ALSO, SOME MIDCENTURY MODERN AND AREA MEMORABILIA ITEMS. 

When someone is approaching 100 years old you can just imagine what has been collected and past down through generations.

This is the sale for that, from mid 1800's through 1980's; even her grandmother's wedding dress - Flapper era! . 
 
Not pictured: Costume jewelry; more vintage games; silver plated items; more linens; vintage clothing; tools; books, with original jacket, others earlier leather bound; tools; turntables. Just a wonderful house filled with eras of items.  You won’t want to miss this one

One of the nicest original surface pine dry sinks we’ve had. The tin liner is no more. A very early, possibly Shaker per owner, cupboard with drawer in a red wash finish. 
A group of Bennington Pottery. Original Apple “clam shell” laptop computer. Original surface painted washing “machine”. Winder missing. “mammies” rocking bench.  Early hooked rug. Needlework framed art. Mark Craft clock on a revere ware pan. A very nice size corner pine cupboard. A unique repurposing of a blacksmith’s bellows section into a side table. 
Also, a candlestick, brass telephone converted to a lamp. Shaker rocker with replaced Shaker taping. A few of several vintage cook books. Altemus Peter Rabbit series. Never used vintage organdy fabric holiday aprons. Syracuse China. Another mid century serving dish. Tall chest of drawers with M/C era bedroom set.
Has twin beds with headboards to match.

A vintage Quasar TV. ONE OF TWO. Both with remotes. Mid century bedroom set has two of these small three drawer chests used as bed stands. M-C era vanity that matches other bedroom suite items.Flapper era wedding dress. Oil on canvas of seascape. Signed in another photo. Signature of artist in previous painting. Stangl serving dish.
