3. Due to limited staffing, we cannot assist with lifting, carrying, loading, or moving purchases. Please bring sufficient help and arrange transportation for your items.
4. Buyers purchasing large or heavy items are asked to hire professional movers to ensure safe removal and protect the home, its floors, walls, and doorways.
5. Buyers are responsible for removing their purchases. Please coordinate pickup arrangements with sale staff before purchasing large items.
