TAG MASTERS AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PROPERTY OFFERED FOR SALE

All items are sold "As Is"—Tag Masters assumes no liability or responsibility for the origin, or condition of any property listed in this auction. No guarantees, warranties, or representations are made regarding the description, provenance, or condition of any item. Statements made in listings, invoices, or elsewhere do not constitute a warranty or assumption of liability.

Conditions to Cancel a Sale

If within seven (7) days of purchasing an item, the buyer provides written notice to Tag Masters that the item is counterfeit, and if within ten (10) days the item is returned in the same condition with conclusive proof of counterfeit status, the sale may be rescinded, and the purchase price refunded. 

Right to Withdraw

Tag Masters reserves the right to remove any item from the auction at any time before the sale.

AUCTION PROCEDURE

Registration

All bidders must register online before placing bids. A valid credit card is required for registration.

Payment and Title Transfer

At the close of the auction, ownership transfers to the highest bidder, who then assumes full responsibility for the item and must make full payment. Tag Masters is not responsible for technical issues or loss of internet connection. The auction will not be paused for individual connection issues.

Payments will be processed within 24 hours of auction closing. All items must be paid in full (including any applicable buyer’s premium) before they can be shipped or picked up. Non-payment may result in penalties, including negative feedback and account restrictions.

Buyer's Premium

Unless otherwise stated, a buyer’s premium applies. The total cost will include the final bid price plus the buyer’s premium, which is taxable.

Default on Sale

If a buyer fails to meet the purchase conditions, Tag Masters may (a) cancel the sale and retain any payments made as liquidated damages, or (b) resell the item at the buyer's risk, holding the buyer responsible for any losses and additional costs.

Payment Information

Full payment is required upon auction closing.

Shipping Information

Shipping costs, insurance, packaging, and handling are the buyer’s responsibility. Tag Masters may provide shipping quotes for smaller items, but the buyer will receive a separate invoice for shipping. Items will be shipped using professional carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. Shipping costs are not grounds for sale cancellation.

Buyers may arrange their own shipping, but Tag Masters must receive a release statement before releasing items. All shipments include insurance for the total purchase price, including applicable tax and buyer’s premium.

Legal Compliance

Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws regarding restricted items such as ivory, taxidermy, and firearms. Tag Masters will not alter shipping documents or item descriptions. If an item is seized by customs, Tag Masters is not liable for any costs or refunds. Buyers should confirm local regulations before bidding on restricted items.
