Pick-Up Instructions
1. Date and Time: Pick-up is available on Oct 25th (Saturday) and Oct 26th (Sunday), 2025, in Plainview, NY from 11 AM to 5 PM.
2. Appointment Only: Buyers must schedule a specific pick-up time via text before arriving. A storage fee will be charged if buyers do not pick up their items on the scheduled dates. No exceptions. The fee is $50 per day for unpicked items.
3. Packing Materials Required: Buyers must bring their own packing materials and boxes to ensure the safe transportation of items.
4. Onsite Inspection and Signature: Items will be inspected upon pick-up, and a signature is mandatory to confirm receipt.

***Please be aware that once items leave the pick-up or delivery location, the auction house is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping or handling.

Terms of Sale
