If this address is familiar it is because we had a very successful sale with Part 1 a few weeks ago and now we have brought up the contents of the jam packed basement.

Yes, all of this was in the basement, just a few large items remain down there for rock bottom prices.
We have managed to keep it all to the garage and inside the house on the first floor only, so no stairs involved.
