The public is now welcomed to the historic residence of championship horse owners (Secretariat, Flatterer) that is filled with collections of stunning crystal vases by Lalique, Simone Pearce, and Bacarrat. for example, a William Yeoward designed large green vase of Anomenes by Lalique, is a bid item in our Silent Auction. Many crystal vases, lanterns and plates are for sale including inscribed trophies of the former owner. An exquisite silver centerpiece, another of the bid items, is a Sterling Silver 19th Century George IV Solver Epergne, 1824 Birmingham. It has four scrolled arms holding a crystal bowl along with a larger crystal bowl on the top tier. This 10-piece epergne comes with a small antique storage trunk built with felt lined slots and inset trays to secure the piece. A collection of sterling silver and silver plate includes a tea set with tray, 5 pairs of sterling candle holders, including a pair of twisted 3-tiered candleholders, The Silent Auction ends Sunday June 15th at noon. There are numerous Tiffany sets: serving spoons, dessert forks, spoons, bar ware, vases, bowls, small cups and knife and fork sets.
