Auction Day: Monday November 3rd. No pickups or previews.

Preview: By appointment only before auction day.

Pick-Up Window: November 4th-December 16th (Extended Pickup, Multiple Auctions in November)
Pick-Up Hours by APPOINTMENT ONLY, Appointments are required for all pickups in the month of November and December due to items being in multiple locations, no exceptions!
November 4th-7th: 11am-3pm
CLOSED Saturday November 8th
November 10th-15th: 11am-3pm
November 18th-22nd: 11am-3pm
November 25th-26th: 11am-3pm
CLOSED November 27th and 28th
November 29th: 11am-3pm
December 2nd-6th: 11am-3pm
December 9th-13th: 11am-3pm
December 16th LAST DAY: 11am-3pm
****Any invoices not picked up or shipped by December 16th will be considered Neglected, Abandoned and No Longer Available without Refund.

By bidding at the auction whether present in person, by agent, written bid, telephone, internet and/or by other means, the buyer agrees to be bound by the conditions of sale as follows..

All properties are sold as-is and all sales are final.
Neither the consignor nor Donny Malone Auctions can assure any warranties or representations with respect to any lot sold including but not limited to the correctness of the catalogue description, the physical condition, size, quality, rarity, attribution, authorship, importance, medium, provenance, exhibitions, literature or historical relevance, and no statement anywhere, whether oral or written, shall be deemed such a warranty or representation.


All sizes listed are approximate.

Prospective bidders should inspect the property before bidding to determine its condition, size, and whether or not it has been repaired or restored. The consignor and Donny Malone Auctions disclaim any and all warranties expressed or implied including but not limited to the implied warranty, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose. No warranties are made that any of the merchandise complies with any applicable governmental rules, regulations or guidelines of any kind or nature whatsoever. Neither Donny Malone Auctions as agent nor the consignor is responsible for any faults or defects in any lot nor to the correctness of any statement as to the authorship of any origin, authorship, date, age, attribution, genuineness, provenance or condition of any lot.


2. Payments
A buyer's premium of 25% on any amount bid will be added to the purchase of all lots in the sale.
This premium is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase price.

All bids placed and all payments made must be in U.S. Dollars drawn on a U.S.Bank unless payment in U.S. Dollars wired from a foreign bank has been pre-arranged. Internet bills may be paid via Live.Payments.


For payment, if you have a card on file with LiveAuctioneers, it will be automatically charged at the end of the auction.

Disputes for non-paid items are issued 1 week (7days) after the auction date

Buyers who are subject to unpaid invoices will be suspended/blocked for future auctions if invoice is unpaid 30 days after date of sale.

3. Shipping Information,
WE DO NOT SHIP
Shipping is the buyers responsibility and is at the sole discretion of the buyer.
As required by Live Auctioneers, they do offer shipping through their services.
We have an in house shipper Gravity Boxes that will send you a quote via email on Friday after the sale. We highly encourage bidders to wait to receive their quote before picking which option to choose.
