If you have a tax exemption number please try and fill out form ahead of time.
We accept Cash, Venmo and Credit cards (tax and credit card fees will be added)
No handbags (purses) allowed, no returns, all sales final.
Trespass, theft and related criminal behavior will be prosecuted.
Bring your own bags and boxes and will be checked against receipt when leaving.
Bring help to move and load heavy items. We are old and not as strong as we used to be.
No pets of any kind. Family is allergic to dogs and cats.
No children without a NYS drivers license will be allowed to enter the home. No exceptions.
There will be a sign up list and we will allow as many people in as possible.

Three generations of family since 1951 that neatly packed their memories away for future discoveries. A Frank Loyd Wright style home, closets, attic, and basement.
We have opened this crypt of a home and finding great Mid Century Modern items, hundreds of 1960’s to 1970’s clothes, toys, 1950 MD medical stuff and books, WWII Nursing and Military uniforms, China of all types, massive amounts of costume jewelry, large collection of stamps and first day covers, Old electronics and records, Carousel horse, Souvenir items from around the world, Holiday items, sewing and material, Asian collectables, and much much more. Some signed items we have come across Paavo Tynell, Robert Paul Designs, Gustav Stickley, Stiffel Lamps, California Pottery, Vintage Dansk, La Gardo Tackett, Smith & Hawken, Bob Stocksdale, Frionnet.Francois, is just a beginning. Great stuff.
This will be a two part sale. First will be the home and the second will be the addition of the storage room and leftovers from the first sale. A 14 foot by 28 foot stacked 6 foot high controlled temperature storage room full of neat and nifty stuff. We have no idea what is in the hundreds of boxes. If it is like the home it is going to be great. Sale dates will be November 13, 14, 15, 16, 2025.
