No handbags (purses) allowed, no returns, all sales final.
Trespass, theft and related criminal behavior will be prosecuted.
Bring your own bags and boxes and will be checked against receipt when leaving.
Bring help to move and load heavy items. We are old and not as strong as we used to be.
No pets of any kind. Family is allergic to dogs and cats.
No children without a NYS drivers license will be allowed to enter the home. No exceptions.
There will be a sign up list and we will allow as many people in as possible.

Part two of this terrific sale. We have moved in the storage unit of the second family home. To be honest we didn’t find a lot of high end items but lot of neat and nifty vintage stuff and lots of newer packaged items. We still have a lot of great stuff from the first sale which will be discounted. The more you purchase the bigger the discounts. This home is packed. Three generations of family since 1951 that neatly packed their memories away for future discoveries. A Frank Loyd Wright style home, closets, attic, basement. Items are Mid Century Modern items, 1960’s to 1970’s clothes, toys, 1950 MD medical stuff and books, WWII Nursing and Military uniforms, China of all types, massive amounts of costume jewelry, Old electronics and records, Souvenir items from around the world, Holiday items, and much much more. Some signed items we have come across Robert Paul Designs, Gustav Stickley, Stiffel Lamps, California Pottery, La Gardo Tackett, Smith & Hawken is just a beginning. Great stuff. Thanks. Mr. Ed
