You are being welcomed into another home to view their items for sale. We are not responsible for any accidents and expect you to be respectful of their home and belongings. You break it you buy it. Please leave children home. Bring help to load heavy or large items. Cash or Charge only. Under NO circumstance do I except checks. All sales are final. Look over items carefully before purchase. Once you pay, it is yours. small area to move around, enter at your own risk. PLEASE do not come and request to use the bathroom. This is not a public place and a public bathroom is not available.

As with all estates please be aware that I do not live there. I do not know the environment of the previous owner. There MAY be allergens present. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any concerns. I will do my best to answer your questions honestly. Please also know that in doing this business for 20+ years I am pretty desensitized to odors. You may smell something I do not. It is not intentional. Thank you for understanding

Very nice sale in a local historic home. Most items are on the first floor with two small rooms to look in on the second floor. Wonderful books and media, photography items, electronics, stereos. Older sew machine, vintage kitchen items, newer household, furniture, tools, outdoor tools and cooker. Art and glassware, baseball caps. Come and enjoy this sale as we always look forward to seeing you. 

This house is located on a very busy main street. There will be a couple of parking spaces in our drive way. If you don't mind walking the church is a block or two to once side of residence and Anthony's resturant is a couple blocks on the other side of residence. I do not recommend parking on the main road. You may get a ticket as well as get injured.
